An episode about Rarity having a bad hair day pretty much promised some insanity. And it didn’t disappoint.

Though I must say it’s nice to see Zecora again. She definitely feels she’s become a rare character to see. Though apparently the next episode after this one will involve Zecora pretty heavily too. (Though regarding this episode it might of been a little moor helpful of Zecora to label the two vials for Rarity and Pinkie so the mix-up doesn’t happen)

But anyway, it was plenty of fun to see Rarity go crazy about her hair. Though her popularity with many in Ponyville probably feels like a welcome contrast to the hate she got in Fame and Misfortune.

Perhaps the funniest part of the episode though came when while asking for Rarity and Twilight’s help. A crystal pony gets there hair taken and screams like a girl when they cut to him.

Though what’s certainly become the big thing with the episode especially with fan artists is Rarity’s punk look she gets at the end. Which does look pretty nice, even if naturally that probably isn’t a look Rarity will ever really want to go back to too often. But being her, she starts the trend as other ponies start making their hair in punk styles later on. All in all a pretty alright Rarity episode. If you ever wanted a Rarity freakout episode this is pretty much the episode for you.

Next time as I mentioned, we will see Zecora once more but this time it will heavily involve Fluttershy this time. I’ll seeya then
