Not Asking For Trouble is a fun little Pinkie episode with some fun laughs between Pinkie and the Yaks. And makes for a good follow-up to Season 5’s first Yak episode. That original episode I liked though I know not everybody was a fan of the yaks, though at the very least I think they’re played better in this episode.

For the most part though it’s generally a humorous episode for Pinkie with a few standout humor moments that I hope most fans of Pinkie enjoy because I feel it’s another good outing for her.

This episode is also the official end to the mid-season break (Though it seems if we’re counting other countries releases it won’t last too much longer given Australia might be having the next 2 episodes on Tuesday and Wednesday but I’ll still wait for the US releases to give out thoughts on those). While I do want to wait till’ we’re officially halfway through to give a first half thoughts on Season 7 I will take this opportunity to give brief thoughts on impressions so far.

And luckily enough it’s been much more positive as compared to last Season. There’s been actually good degree of fun and enjoyable moments throughout that I just didn’t get all that often during the first half of Season 6. And I actually feel much more refreshed thanks to it. It might be the best start to a Season since Season 4 IMO. But we still have many episodes to go.

Starting next week the EQG specials start airing. As I mentioned in the Royal Problems thoughts I’ve already seen them. But I will be giving thoughts out as if they were episodes. Probably not straight up episode responses though, but I may have some EQG related things pop up on Ain’t Never Had Friends Like Us nonetheless. So next up is Dance Magic, which actually turned out to be my favorite of the 3 specials to my surprise. Seeya then.
