This was a very cute episode, I wouldn’t say spetacular but a nice cute episode to start off the normal episodes.

Highlights definitely include the Spa scene that includes Twi’s rocker hair. As well as the ending. Getting the Roots from the old Treebrary and reusing it as a chandelier. (Also it makes a great pun, Twilight can’t enter the throne room without seeing/being reminded of her roots xD)

There were other small moments of the episode that were good as well. The only issue I can really say is much of the scenes where Twi’s friends tried to push what makes things home for them kinda feels like filler because we know they were just going to end up realizing they weren’t actually doing what Twilight would of wanted to make it home. Though at the very least they didn’t go with like just filling every place with Books and Bookshelves. I know Rainbow Rocks kind of already showed them moving books in but I was kinda concerned when Fluttershy just said sentences that end with books. But luckily they went with the much more clever idea with the Root Chandelier and overall just a sweet and touching ending. Pretty good episode overall ^^
