There is a possibility Twilight might decide to hold off on the wings sometime until she is really ready. (Though I’d absolutely love an episode where Rainbow Dash teaches her to fly or something).
But yes, I’m actually loving Princess Twilight as well.
I want to draw a princess Twilight eventually. I want to do it right now but I have way too much work with writing the fourth segment of Princess Morning Glory.
Sweet. I’ll look forward to that actually. Maybe sometime you’ll make an anthro of it too with the Cadence you plan on drawing.
I think Princess Twilight is pretty <3 Though, really, I think her being a princess will only last through the episode(s) of the season finale. She probably ends up swapping cutie marks with Cadance, Celestia, or Luna. More than likely Celestia.

That way she can finish her novel. And it’d be funny. It probably won’t happen though. Which makes me sad.

Cadance is my second favorite character on MLP and I want to doodle a pretty anthro pic of her but my haaaaaaannnnnnnnd. Damn this urge.
2nd favorite huh? Interesting choice (I like Cadence still though). Though now I’m curious who’s your first then hehe.
I believe you just gotta crop the comic pictures into separate parts for the tumblr version, and when uploading a photo there should be an option to add more images. (Which should be “+add another photo”)

I personally support the possibility that Twilight’s destiny is she is to be a Princess like Celestia and Luna are. There are plenty of reasons why. But I feel like I don’t want to start listing them quite yet. I might even wait until after the Season 3 Finale.
I feel like it’s only controversial because of that one thing with the Hasbro employee that would say Alicorn Twilight would be the “Jump the Shark” moment. Which I don’t think is really the case at all. She’d still be Twilight through and through. Just with wings. I feel like if it happens there will be a big storm of rage at first, but I think it will start growing on everybody as we move on to the hiatus between Season 3 and 4. If there are those who will truly be spurned by Twilight becoming an Alicorn? So be it. But I believe there is a little bit of legit possibility for Twilight becoming an Alicorn.
It’d also add a little story drama to my own blog (Genie Twilight) that I actually wouldn’t mind having spice up my blog a little.
And from someone I’ve actually kept an eye on because of the Sparkle Experiment log comics. First of all I would like to thank you Navitas for liking my blog. Regarding your irks about Twilight being immortal and all that? I understand that might be a daunting task for our own favorite pony (Twilight’s mine as well of course) especially after her friends have passed away. But I do feel being able to see Spike grow up and also serve the princesses alot longer then would she would as a regular pony serves as good reasons as to why Twilight would agree to this.
Though if it’s any comfort (Though probably not to much as it’s still a long time), Twilight if she truly gets tired of being a Genie eventually she’ll be able to have someone wish her free after 1000 years has passed.
Though enough about my stuff, I just want to say I enjoyed your Twilight Experiment log comic series in turn. It has very much some of the strange kind of magic hijinx happen that I’d like to see show up in my own blog sometime. I was sort of an unofficial follower of the comic, I don’t use dA and I bookmarked your gallery to check on any new issues. But I throughly loved seeing the entire comic unfold. And a nice ending to boot (I suppose you still have more epilogues to do so technically it’s not finished but still)
Anyway, once again I’d like to thank you for not only checking out Genie Twi but also praising it a bit. And in turn I’m glad to see someone who made a clever comic like that checking my blog.
Also really liked your Genie Twilight thing you did with her and Trixie. Even if of course it’s actually nothing to do with this blog I find it funny. (Since I know you were actually told about my blog through the comments). Regardless, thank you Navitas for the plug and I hope to see some more crazy work of yours in the future :)
But I was reading the TVtropes page on Ask a Pony. And I saw that Genie Twilight was added in some of the entries on the main page and one of the subpages. As a somewhat common TVTropes reader, I was pleasantly surprised.
Currently the blog has Benevolent Genie, Genie in a Bottle, Inferred Holocaust, Our Genies are Different, and 3 moments of the blog mentioned in the Crowning Moment of Heartwarming subpage. Looking at the history, a user named Godzillawolf added most if not all of it. I don’t know if that user keeps track of Mod Blogs or anything. But if by any chance Godzillawolf does see this, then I just want to say thanks :)
Hehe, I’m glad you’re happy I did an Animaniacs crossover. Like I said, I feel that now it airs on the Hub. That there’s no excuse why there shouldn’t be more crossovers down the stretch. And it’ll be nice to see any come up. And might as well say my favorite Warner. Mine was Yakko, being the most snarky of the group. And I still laugh everytime he says Goodnight everybody after a rather mature joke had been made. I also loved him in the Power Rangers skit.

There’s still some Animaniacs episode’s I’ve never seen. So I’m excited for the last volume coming out next month. I’ve already seen the first 75 episodes since my local library has all 3 volumes so far.
Nah I think I’m fine as it is now. The way I have it now is simple enough that in case I do any more genie bottles (Like I already have done for each of the Main 6 during the Magic Simulation thing) it’s easy to make.
I’m just grateful for any artists that draw Genie Twilight in the first place. If they draw the bottle differently, it’s seriously no big deal because I’m mostly thankful for them drawing Genie Twilight anyway.

Haha thanks. I’ve actually never seen much of I Dream of Jeannie myself. But I figured it’d make a neat name for the blog url (and banner). And that’s nice of you to consider drawing Genie Twi sometime. I’ll be looking forward to seeing that in the submission box :) But of course get the work you need to catch up on first.
